Barry is one of London's most slippery and notorious criminals, he operates a large import business to be precise: He buys cigarettes and alcohol cheap as dirt abroad, and sells them back in London to make a hefty profit. His cool, laid back, and charismatic personality makes him seem the perfect gentlemen, but financial gain is almost always his top priority, and he'll tread over anyone to get more money.

Barry's activities are monitored by W.I.S.P.A. constantly, he is allowed to keep his "business" running because he is woven deep into the criminal underworld, and W.I.S.P.A can use this information well, in return, W.I.S.P.A keep the law away from Barry and allow him to continue his business as usual.
