Chad is a friend of Phil's who you may find a tad obnoxious at first glance, but look a little bit deeper, you'll find he's a trusted friend. He knows he is popular, and is envied by many. It's not suprising though, he's popular, owns his own car, a beautiful girlfriend, people should envy him. He doesn't feel very modest about it at all though. He loves to play practical jokes on Phil and everyone else in the neighbourhood as well, his fiesty nature sometimes causes him to get into some tricky situations. But usually, you'll just find that he's messing around than being truely angry.
One thing that confuses people about Chad, is how he managed to get his girlfriend, Rosie to go out with him. They both met in high school and fell for each other almost instantly. The odd thing though, is that while Chad is a fiesty hothead, Rosie is a sweet, and gentle girl. Which makes for some interesting situations. Maybe it's true what they say: Opposites really do attract...
