Agent Fortguard is W.I.S.P.A.s least mobile agent, as all he seems to do is sit in the lobby of W.I.S.P.A. HQ and read the newspaper. Somebody has to stand guard the base of operations, and he seems to do a good job of it. Not much else his known about him though.
