Phil Maxwell is a pretty lucky kid, he's smart, surrounded by lots of friends, and generally liked by everyone. He lives with his father and Mother, but she is usually away on business as a finance manager, so is raised by his Father moreso. Phil also takes after his Father, Robert Maxwell, a lot, who is a leading architect in his field, so Phil is naturally somewhat curious and knowledgeable about the world around him.
Phil is also a close friend of Comet at school, even though they live in different neighbourhoods, they are really good friends at school, and work well together. Away from school however, Phil has made some good friends from around his own neighbourhood, including Jay, Chad, and Rosie. So he's never really on his own.
