Rale is a government agent, and Ricks supposed replacement after he left. Being continually compared to Rick makes her resent him more and more every day, not being able to be herself, because of some idiot before her, because of this, her hatred for Rick grows more and more every day. Though she hasn't had as much experience as Rick, she was perfectly suited as Ricks replacement, she can almost match anything he could have done. Apart from that little is known about her, where she came from, family, training excersices, past jobs...only the most important people have access to her file, it's 100% confidential, and Rale is determined to keep it that way.
After her last encounter with Rick, she was left with multiple injuries, and you get the feeling she won't be letting him get away with that...
