Rick Hawke was abandoned very early in life (His mother and father are presumed dead) and was raised in the same care home as Comet, he was picked up by the government when he was 12, upon recognising his natural ability, and as a result of this has gone through years of government training, leaving him hard-boiled and somewhat insensitive, though this didn't really matter to the government, he was the best agent they had.

Rick left the agency after hearing about its corruption and bribery from General Meteor, a "human" with nothing but sick and twisted intentions. Fearing that Rick would tell someone about this, the government have initiated a nationwide search for Rick to capture or kill him, it doesn't matter as long as he doesn't talk...

Rick really can do anything. He delivers punches and kicks like lightning, handles weapons with no problem, and being a bird, flies around his opponents with no hassle, though there is another ability Rick has, one which he keeps to himself, and it should be kept that way, Rick is blessed with a power very few will recognize, and would be dangerous in the wrong hands...
