Robert Maxwell is Phil's father, he looks after Phil with his Mother, who is usually out on business, so Robert tends to be in charge of keeping the Maxwell residence in order.
Robert is also one of the countries leading architects, and works closely with Jaden City's museum and historians to help out evaluating any new artifiacts they acquire, and as the past of the planet is shrouded in mystery, Robert is never out of work.
