Agent Shadowburg is another W.I.S.P.A. agent. He is an ex-burgular, and was hired by W.I.S.P.A. for the skills he picked up during his time as a criminal. Though not in the first team, he is still a highly skilled agent who can be depended on. And usually works alone in his endeavours. His hobbies include creeping up on other agents and scaring the living daylights out of them.
