Tex is a remarkable young person, he has a knack for all things technoloigical, and can get very carried away over a peice of technology. Nobody remembers how Tex became an orphan, not even Tex, and it's something Tex doesn't feel like getting involved in, he likes his life and fears digging up the past may damage him.

Tex is another of Comet's high school friends, he is a year older than Comet and friends, but he still remains close to them. He has took lots of flying lessons in hope of finally getting a pilots licence, as he would love to own a plane and fly it whenever we wants more than anything. Unfortunately, he still has a ways to go.

Still, Tex doesn't let his talent go to waste, and spends his time doing odds and ends around the Neighbourhood, such as fixing computers and cars, getting as much money as he can so he can afford flying lessons and hopefully get his own plane so he can finally go flying high in the sky over everything....
