Velson was first encountered in a pocket dimension by Alex and friends. He is surrounded by a strange dark aura, and carries with him a mysterious lance. He had kidnapped Liza for some unknown reason, but she was rescued by Alex. Velson himself, is a self absorbed and crazed individual, only craving more power, and destroying anyone that gets in his way. He is also able to control a hoarde of shadow monsters, and his seemingly mutated self makes him a fearsome foe.
